L I B R A R Y - RULES

Every student entering the Library / Reading Room should have a valid Institute Identity

Card. It should be deposited with the library staff on entering the library for searching the

books.

Students must handle the books or periodicals etc. with great care. Any attempt to

damage books or periodicals by defacing or tearing the pages will be treated as misconduct

and strictly death with.
 

If the original I- Card or library ticket is lost, a duplicate will be issued on payment of Rs.

20/- each.
 
A complete silence and strict discipline be maintained in the library / reading room.
 

Textbooks, reference books and journals will be issued to students against I-card.

Students are not allowed to take them outside the Library Reading Room.

Books are issued to take home against Library Ticket. In case of late

return of book, students will have to pay a fine of delay @ Rs. 1/- per

day.

Loss of book or damage to book may cause double the cost of book

in addition to fine of delay.

In while charging the fine, holidays will be counted.
 
Re-issue of books will depend upon the demand for the same.
 
Any disregard of these rules will be reported to the Principal for appropriate action.
BOOK- BANK FACILITIES
Book Bank facility is available for the Backward Class and needy students. A set of textbooks is issued for the complete Academic year and it is to be returned after Annual Examinations. Interested students may apply in the prescribed form to the Principal.
