Fees

A candidate selected for admission to the course will have to pay the fees (Tuition fees and

others) as prescribed by the Government, on the same day. Admission shall be confirmed

only after payment of all the prescribed fees.

 

Fees prescribed : The annual tuition fees and other fees, as prescribed by the government,

is as indicated below :

 
a)Tuition Fees ( For Open & OBC categories )For Govt./ Govt. aided polytechnics Rs. 6000/- per annum
Tuition Fees : ( For SC/ST/VJ/NT-1.
NT-2/NT-3/SBC categories)
For Govt. aided polytechnics:
No fee
Tuition fees : ( For Foreign nationals /
Persons of Indian Origin) (PIOs )
To be determined by the State Government
b)Development Fee: for Govt. Govt. Aided polytechnics Rs. 3000/- per annum
c)Other Fees : (for all candidates)  
:: Gymkhana Fee : (Identity Card, Magazines, Medical etc.) Rs. 200/- per annum
:: Library Fee: Rs. 100/- per annum
:: Library & Laboratory Caution Money Deposit (Refundable, to be paid only once, and not every year)
 Rs. 200/-
:: Internet & E-mail Facilities Fee: Rs. 150/- per annum
:: Annual Social Gathering & Other Activities Fee Rs. 100/- per annum
 
NOTE :
1. ABOVE FEES ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL FROM GOVT. OF MAHARASHTRA OR COMPETENT AUTHORITY OF GOVT. OF MAHARASHTRA

2. Any change made in the above fees by the competent

authority of the Govt. of Maharashtra will be binding on the

admitted students to pay it in due course of time.

3. The candidate will have to apply for scholarship. Incase

scholarship is not sanctioned by the concerned department

for any reason; the candidate will have to pay the fee.

Caution Money : Caution money deposits received from the students shall be refunded after

successful completion of the course or after canceling the admission. Unless there is any

recovery, no deductionshall be made from the caution money deposit. However, the amount

of caution money deposit shall be transferred to Students Aid Fund in case of un aided

colleges and credited to Government in case of Government and Government-Aided

institutes, if candidate does not apply for refund, (a) within 3 complete account years after

the student actually leaves the institution; or, (b) within 3 complete account years after the

date of successful completion of the course, whichever is earlier.
The admission shall be confirmed only after payment of fees as indicated above.
