| 10.
Application and Documents Required: |
No
application will be considered unless it is accompanied with the attested
copies of the
following
documents:- |
| (i)
Statement of marks of the qualifying examination. (For all candidates) |
| (ii)
School/Institute Leaving (after qualifying examination) Certificate, (For
all candidates) |
| (iii)
Statement of marks of the S.S.C. (Std. X) or equivalent examination (For
all candidates) |
| (iv)
Caste Certificate (if the candidate belongs to backward class.) |
(v)
Creamy Layer Exemption Certificate, valid for the current year, issued
by the concerned
Collector
/ Deputy Collector / Sub Divisional Officer (if the candidate belongs
to
NT2/NT3/OBC
category). |

Documents as mentioned in (For sons and daughters of Central
Government
Employees)
(vii) Documents
as mentioned in (For sons and daughters of
Maharashtra

| 11.
Copies of the certificates attached to the application form should be
attested by the
Head Master/Principal
of the School/Institute or a Gazetted Officer or Special Executive
Magistrate.
Original Certificates, if attached, to the application shall not be
returned. The
candidate
shall have to produce original certificates at the time of scrutiny
of application
prior to
admission. |
12.
Application for admission shall not be considered unless it is.
(1) Properly and correctly filled in.
(2) Accompanied by attested copies of the requisite certificates
in
support of the claims made in the application.
(3) Received in the office of the proper authority on or before
the last
date and time prescribed.. |

| 13.
The application or any of the certificates received after the last date
prescribed for this
purposes
shall not be entertained. |
|
| 15.
Transfer of Student: |
15.1
A candidate once admitted in the first year or semester of a course
shall not be
transferred
during the same year of semester to any other institution. |
| 15.2
If a candidate gets an admission according to his / her merit for any
course in any other
institution
any where within the area or outside the area of admissions his admission
in the
concerned
institution shall be treated as having cancelled. His certificates and
fees a
admissible
may be returned or transferred but it shall not be considered that the
candidate
has been
transferred. |
15.3
A Candidate admitted in any government or Aided Institution and passing
the first
yearor
semester examination or any higher year or semester examination, as
the case may
be, infull
may be transferred to another Government or Aided Institution in next
year or
semester,if
eligible, provided a vacancy exists and he / she stands in merit in
comparison to
othercandidates
aspiring for such change. In this case the Head of the Institution shall
be
authorized
to admit such candidate by following the approved procedure. |
15.4
The Rule 15.3 shall not be applicable to the candidates in Unaided Institutions
for
transfer
to Government or Aided Institutions. |
| 16.
Cancellation of Admission: |
16.1
If an admitted candidate cancels the admission by submitting an application,
for any
reason,
whatsoever, including getting admission in any other institution or
course other than
those which
are within the admission purview of the concerned Admission Officer,
he / she
shall forfeit
his candidature for reconsideration unless provided under the Rules. |
16.2
If during the course of studies a candidate desires to discontinue his
/ her studies for
any reason
whatsoever, he / she shall be allowed to do so by submitting an application
in
writing.
He / she shall be issued a leaving certificate as provided in the Rules.
The fees paid
by him
/her shall be refunded as per the provisions |

| Refund
of other fee |
If
a candidate cancels admission before 31st October 2005, he / she shall
be eligible for full
refund
of all the other fees paid by him / her, from the institute to which
he / she was
admitted.
For cancellations after 31st October 2005, only refund of caution money
deposit is
permissible. |
| 17.
Returning of School Leaving Certificate: |
17.1
If the admission is cancelled within 90 days from the start of admission
programme, the
original
school leaving certificate on the strength of which a candidate is admitted
shall be
returned
to him / her. |
17.2
If the admission is cancelled after the 90th day from the start of admission
programme.
He / she
shall be issued the leaving certificate from the institution where he
/ she was finally
admitted.
A true copy of the original school leaving certificate retained by the
Admission
Officer
or the Institute may be issued if Requested therefore by the candidate,
with
attestation
by the Admission officer or the Head of the Institute. |
17.3
After confirmation of admission, the original school leaving certificate
on the strength or
which
the candidate is admitted shall not be handed over to the candidate
unless as per the
provisions
of these Rules. |
